I agree with rice you can eat almost everything and a lot of types of meat, rice is well absorbed in the body ☺️

I also like a lot of cereals, but what have you noticed that you eat most often lately, do you have food that you eat constantly disciplined? 😊☺️

yeah rice goes always well with chicken breast so thats why it is mostly my obvious choice 😄
